How do you balance client/therapist privacy and boundaries while still taking advantage of social networking? As a therapy provider, we have special relationships and responsibilities with our clients.

This class will give you the strategies and skills to use the internet and social networking sites like Facebook while still providing a safe and healthy environment for you and your clients.

If you are a massage therapist, physical therapist, or other bodywork professional, you and your employees need this class.

In 4 fun filled hours, we'll cover:

Boundaries
Professional roles
Social Networking outlets
Strategies for using Social Networks
Potential pitfalls and how to avoid them

Note: This 4 hour course meets the Washington state requirement for 4 hours of ethics CEs every 2 years.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of class

In the event that a class is cancelled for any reason, students will be immediately notified via email and/or phone. A full refund will be given within 14 days of the cancellation.

Cancellation by student

If a student has to cancel 7 days or more before the start of the course, we can reschedule you to a future class or issue a refund of all money, except a $25 processing fee. If a student cancels less than 7 days before the course, your payment will be credited toward another scheduled class within the next calendar year.

Student No-Show

If you do not attend your scheduled class without making prior arrangements with us, Mountain Shadow Massage will retain 100% of the class fee. Once you begin a class, all fees are non-refundable. Any class scheduled specifically on request are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with prior notification.
